Privacy

Your data, in plain sight.

What this site keeps, why it keeps it, and how you ask to see, correct or delete it.

What the site keeps

  • Contact form. Name, city hall or agency, email, role and message, so the team can reply. It is only sent with your agreement, checked on the form itself (Brazilian data law, LGPD, art. 7, I). Along with it we keep the date of your agreement and the IP address and browser of the submission, as an access record.
  • Visits. The site itself counts page views, without cookies and without storing the IP address. An encrypted summary that changes every day tells one visitor from another without revealing who they are. With «Do Not Track» or Global Privacy Control turned on in your browser, nothing is counted.
  • Demo. Entering with the password and using the demo systems are recorded, as the «Demo» section below explains.
  • Preferences. Light or dark theme and paused animations stay in your browser only, in local storage, and only if you allow it in the cookie notice. They never reach the server.
  • Your cookie choice. It stays in your browser so the notice does not come back on every page. Change it any time under «Manage cookies», in the footer.

Demo

  • Entry. When the password is accepted, your browser receives an essential cookie that keeps the demo open for up to 7 days. We record the date and time, the city hall that owns the password, the IP address, the browser and the type of device.
  • Pages and actions. Every page opened and every action taken in the three systems (city website, dashboard and citizen area) is recorded with date, time, system and page address, so the team can follow the evaluation.
  • Wrong passwords. Each wrong attempt is recorded with date, time, IP address and browser, to protect the demo. The 15-minute lock after five errors uses only an encrypted summary of the IP.
  • Identification. If you give your name and role when entering, they are linked to your demo entry.
  • Why. To keep the demo secure and let the team follow how it is used (legitimate interest, LGPD, art. 7, IX), and because Brazilian law requires keeping access records (Marco Civil da Internet, art. 15).

How long we keep it

  • IP address and browser from the demo, wrong passwords and contact: 6 months. Then they are deleted.
  • Demo pages and actions, and the name and role given at entry: 1 year.
  • Site visits: 90 days. After that, only daily totals remain.
  • Contact messages: up to 24 months after the last conversation, or sooner if you ask.

What the site does not do

  • No advertising or tracking cookies.
  • No third-party analytics and no social media pixels: visits are counted by the site itself.
  • Fonts and images come from the site’s own server: opening a page does not notify any other company.

Who keeps the data

  • The Munivia team and the services that host the site and email on our behalf. We do not sell or share data.

Who is responsible

  • Munivia is built and run by three companies, which are jointly responsible for this site and the data processed through it: P3RRY, MayaZap and Midiafy. The data protection officer answers at privacidade@munivia.com.br.

Your rights

  • Under the LGPD (art. 18) you can confirm whether we process your data, get a copy, correct it, ask for deletion and withdraw your agreement at any time.
  • Ask at privacidade@munivia.com.br. We reply from the same address.

City hall portals

  • This page covers the munivia.com.br site. Each portal built with Munivia follows its own city hall’s privacy policy, since the city hall decides about its citizens’ data.
